Overview Join the Toyota of Watertown Team! Toyota of Watertown is seeking a dependable and motivated Full-Time Car Wash Attendant to join our Service Department. As a Car Wash Attendant, you'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring every vehicle is clean, polished, and ready for delivery. Whether you're starting your automotive career or looking for a stable full-time opportunity, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with their car wash needs, providing friendly and efficient service. Operate various car wash equipment safely and effectively, including automated systems and hand-washing tools. Perform detailed cleaning tasks such as vacuuming interiors, wiping down surfaces, and cleaning windows to achieve a spotless finish. Conduct vehicle detailing, including buffing, polishing, and applying protective coatings like window tinting when applicable. Maintain cleanliness of the work area, ensuring all tools and supplies are organized and sanitized regularly. Inspect vehicles for any damages or issues before and after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met. Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or damage during the washing process. Qualifications Prior experience in customer service or janitorial roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for helping others is essential. Valid driver's license. Basic knowledge of car wash procedures, detailing techniques, or custodial work is a plus. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Good communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members. Willingness to learn new skills such as window tinting or advanced detailing techniques. Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Rotating Saturdays as needed
