What You'll Do Perform full-service exterior washes, including hand wash, two-bucket method, decontamination, clay treatment, and hand drying to a streak-free finish.
Execute interior detailing:
vacuuming, shampooing carpets and upholstery, cleaning and conditioning leather, dressing trim, cleaning glass, and treating all interior surfaces. Perform paint correction services as trained. Single-stage and multi-stage polishing, machine buffing, and prep for ceramic coating application. Apply ceramic coatings, sealants, and waxes per manufacturer specs and shop protocol. Clean wheels, tires, wheel wells, exhaust tips, and engine bays to spec. Inspect every vehicle before delivery using our quality checklist. If you sign off, you stand behind it. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work bay. Tools clean. Products labeled. Floor dry. Every shift.
Care for shop equipment:
pressure washers, polishers, extractors, vacuums, steamers. Report any issue immediately, don't let it become a bigger one. Communicate professionally with clients at drop-off and pick-up when needed. You represent the brand the second they see you. Follow shop standards, processes, and timing benchmarks without shortcuts. We have a system because it works. Support teammates when they're slammed. We finish the day together or not at all. Participate in daily team huddles, training sessions, and continuous improvement of our process.
