Full Job Description Head Detailer Location:
Rockville, MD About the opportunity As Roda continues to expand, we're building our in-house Vehicle Readiness and Detailing program to deliver an even better client experience. This is an opportunity to help shape a new function within Operations by ensuring every vehicle leaves our shop clean, professionally detailed when requested, and ready for delivery. Role Summary Roda is seeking a Head Detailer to join our growing team at our Bethesda/Butler Road location. This role is critical in delivering our "magical" client experience by ensuring every vehicle meets our elite standards for appearance and presentation. You will perform professional detailing services and conduct final readiness inspections to ensure a flawless delivery. Key Responsibilities Perform professional detailing services according to Roda standards of excellence. Complete complimentary exterior washes and light interior cleaning for all serviced vehicles. Inspect every vehicle before delivery to ensure it is clean, presentable, and customer-ready. Clean interiors, upholstery, leather, wheels, tires, glass, trim, and engine compartments as required. Apply waxes, sealants, dressings, and other detailing products using approved techniques. Identify and report cosmetic concerns or quality issues before vehicle delivery. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe detailing area. Properly care for detailing equipment and supplies. Support the service team in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Adhere to the

Qualifications Professional automotive detailing experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
