We are looking for team members who can work in a fast-paced environment, follow detailed cleaning procedures, maintain quality standards, and take pride in keeping both vehicles and the shop clean and organized.

Pay:

$16.00-$18.00 per hour during training. Employees who demonstrate the ability to complete detailing services independently and consistently meet Deatus quality standards may move to $20.00 per hour .

Schedule:

Full-time schedules available. Morning, daytime, and closing shifts may be assigned depending on operational needs. Weekend availability may be required. Employees are expected to report on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work. Deatus operates inside a professional dealership environment where customers and dealership staff are present throughout the day. Employees are expected to maintain professional behavior at all times. Drugs, alcohol, marijuana, offensive language, racial slurs, aggressive behavior, and disruptive conduct are not permitted on the property. Employees must wear all black until company uniforms are issued. Black pants or black shorts are required. Graphic shirts and sagging pants are not permitted. Responsibilities Complete full interior and exterior vehicle details Wash, vacuum, shampoo, wipe down, and clean vehicle interiors Clean wheels, rims, tires, windows, door jambs, and engine compartments Remove stickers, tags, residue, and debris as required Apply approved wax, dressing, and detailing products Inspect completed vehicles before marking them finished Follow dealership and Deatus quality-control procedures Return keys and equipment to designated areas Maintain a clean and organized work station Empty trash, clean floor areas, wash towels when needed, and properly store equipment Immediately report damaged or broken equipment Follow management instructions and production expectations Qualifications Reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors and in changing weather conditions Ability to stand, bend, kneel, lift, and perform physical detailing work throughout the shift Strong attention to detail Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality Professional attitude and communication Dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
