Joppa Maryland Job Summary We are seeking a skilled, passionate, and experienced Car Detailer to join our growing automotive care team. You will restore, clean, and protect a wide variety of vehicles to the highest standards. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of professional detailing chemicals, paint correction, and interior restoration. Responsibilities Exterior Care:

Perform multi-stage washes, clay bar treatments, and wheel cleaning.

Paint Correction:

Apply machine buffing, polishing, and compound cutting safely.

Protection Application:

Apply professional ceramic coatings, sealants, and waxes.

Interior Restoration:

Deep clean leather, shampoo carpets, and remove tough stains.

Quality Control:

Inspect finished vehicles to ensure zero streaks, residue, or missed spots.

Equipment Maintenance:

Clean and maintain buffers, vacuums, and chemical inventories.

Requirements Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of professional automotive detailing experience required.

Technical Skills:

Proven experience with dual-action (DA) and rotary polishers.

Chemical Knowledge:

Deep understanding of pH-balanced cleaners, switch-compounds, and dressings.

License:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to move client vehicles.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs for long periods.
