Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Car Wash Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and detailed to the highest standards. You will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for our customers, helping them maintain their vehicles in pristine condition. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their car wash selections. Perform thorough exterior washes, including rinsing, soaping, and drying vehicles. Conduct detailing services such as vacuuming, interior cleaning, and window washing. Buff and polish vehicle surfaces to enhance shine and protect paint. Maintain cleanliness of the car wash area, including janitorial duties to ensure a safe and tidy environment. Drive vehicles safely within the facility as needed. Assist with window tinting services when required. Provide recommendations for additional services based on customer needs. Experience Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable. Familiarity with car wash operations and detailing techniques is a plus. Experience in buffing and cleaning vehicles effectively. Background in custodial or janitorial work can be beneficial. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Knowledge of window tinting is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
