What We're Looking For:

Walstrom Marine is looking for a Boat Detailer to join our Harbor Springs Team! While detailing experience is a plus, we are happy to train individuals with a strong work ethic and the right skill set.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform a wide variety of detailing duties including washing, waxing, polishing, and restoring boats to like-new condition. Detail all areas of the boat including exterior surfaces, engine compartments, bilges, upholstery, heads, and cabins. Ensure a boat's interior and exterior meet high cleanliness and presentation standards. Provide detailing services that meet or exceed customer expectations for quality and satisfaction. Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.

Requirements and Qualifications:

A valid driver's license is required for this position. Experience with detailing or in a Marine environment is preferred.

Schedule:

8-hour shift Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, Saturday availability required during summer months This is an in-person, on site position based out of our Harbor Springs location.
