Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Car Wash and Oil Change Technician, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional vehicle care and customer service. This energetic position involves providing thorough car washes, detailed cleaning, and efficient oil change services to ensure our customers' vehicles look and perform their best. You'll be the friendly face that greets customers, performs quality work, and contributes to a positive, fast-paced environment. Duties Perform high-quality car washes using various techniques such as brush washing, pressure washing, and detailing to achieve a spotless finish Conduct oil changes efficiently while adhering to safety and manufacturer guidelines Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including janitorial duties like sweeping, mopping, and organizing tools and supplies Provide excellent customer service by explaining services offered, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience Assist with vehicle inspections to identify additional maintenance needs or issues requiring attention Experience Prior experience in car washing, detailing, or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Experience with janitorial or custodial tasks demonstrating attention to cleanliness and detail Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment such as pressure washers and buffers safely Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is advantageous for moving vehicles or assisting customers Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures like oil changes and other services is a plus but not mandatory Join us in delivering top-tier vehicle care while building your skills in a lively environment that values your enthusiasm and dedication!
