Stateline Chevrolet GMC Position Summary Stateline Chevrolet GMC is seeking a motivated and dependable Auto Detailer to join our team in Iron River. This full-time position plays an important role in maintaining the appearance and presentation of our vehicle inventory. The Auto Detailer is responsible for cleaning, detailing, and preparing new and pre-owned vehicles for lot display and customer delivery while ensuring each vehicle meets dealership quality standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Clean and detail new and pre-owned vehicles, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and interior cleaning. Prepare vehicles for customer delivery, ensuring they are clean, presentable, and ready for handoff. Perform lot preparation on incoming and existing inventory. Assist with new vehicle setup and preparation. Clean vehicle windows, wheels, tires, and other surfaces. Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and appearance before placement on the lot or customer delivery. Move vehicles as needed throughout the dealership property. Maintain detailing equipment and keep work areas clean and organized. Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies. Qualifications Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles preferred. Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in various weather conditions. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Ability to work both indoors and outdoors.
