Role:

As a Dealership Detail Technician, you will prep and detail vehicles at our dealership location. This is a steady, full-time position with performance bonuses for top producers. You'll be part of a team that moves fast and holds high standards.

Pay & Benefits:

• $15.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform full interior and exterior detailing on dealership vehicles
• Wash, vacuum, shampoo, polish, and prep vehicles for the lot
• Apply protective coatings, dressings, and finishing products
• Ensure all vehicles meet dealership presentation standards before display or delivery
• Work efficiently to meet daily throughput goals
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly store all equipment and chemicals

Requirements:

• Experience in detailing, cleaning, construction, general labor, or other blue-collar work preferred
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and pride in quality output
• Ability to stand, bend, and work physically for extended periods
• Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
