Top Tier Detailing L.L.C. | Livonia, Michigan Top Tier Detailing is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, dependable, detail-obsessed individual to join our team. We specialize in high-end automotive protection and preservation, including professional detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings, paint protection film (PPF), window tint, and undercarriage protection. This is not a basic wash-and-vacuum position. We take pride in producing professional-level results and are looking for someone who wants to develop real skills in the automotive appearance and protection industry. What We're Looking For Experience is a plus, but attitude, work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are more important.

The right person will:

Show up on time and ready to work Take pride in producing exceptional results Pay close attention to small details Follow established processes and procedures Respect customer vehicles, tools, equipment, and the shop Be comfortable receiving feedback and continuing to improve Work efficiently without sacrificing quality Maintain a clean and professional work environment Be interested in developing advanced skills and growing with the company Responsibilities Depending on experience and training, responsibilities may include: Interior and exterior detailing Safe vehicle washing and decontamination Clay-bar and chemical decontamination Machine polishing Paint enhancement and multi-stage paint correction Ceramic coating preparation and installation Wheel, glass, trim, and specialty coatings Undercarriage cleaning and protection Vehicle inspection and quality control Maintaining shop cleanliness and equipment Opportunities to develop additional skills in PPF and window tint installation may also be available as the position progresses.
