Our carwash attendants typically make anywhere from $14.00 to $17.00/hr depending on performance.

Job Summary:

The Car Wash Attendant will greet and guide customers through the carwash experience ensuring a high level of service.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they enter the location and guide vehicles into the carwash. Assists customers with questions pertaining to wash packages, the unlimited program, and using paystations or self-serve facilities, if applicable. Processing monthly unlimited contracts/sales and assist with on site cancellation requests Maintain site cleanliness by removing trash, cleaning equipment and vacuum area. Address customer complaints, completing damage claim forms, and escalating issues when necessary. Programming wash packages and making adjustments based on vehicle restrictions. Attend regular staff meetings. Interacting with coworkers and management. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to operate equipment and use point of sale software. Knowledgeable about company's products and services, and customer-related policies. Motivated in fast paced environment.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Successful completion of on-the-job training.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods standing and working in outdoor environment. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. May need to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods of time.
