Motor City Suds Auto Spa in Pontiac, MI is looking for energetic and dependable Car Wash Attendants to join our team — full time or part time, we'll work with your schedule! Motor City Suds Auto Spa is not your average car wash. We're building a modern, high-performing express wash with a strong focus on people, safety, and customer experience.

Our goal is simple:

deliver a great wash and an even better experience — for customers and for our team. We're hiring Car Wash Attendants / Customer Service Associates to join our team. What You'll Do Create a great customer experience Greet customers with a positive attitude, answer questions, and guide them through our wash options. Safely load vehicles onto the wash conveyor Follow procedures carefully to protect customer vehicles and keep operations moving smoothly. Support memberships and sales Talk with customers about our Unlimited Wash Clubs, assist with sign-ups, and earn commission. Keep the site clean and organized Maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming environment throughout your shift, including opening and closing duties. Support daily operations Work as part of a team to keep the site running efficiently and safely. What We're Looking For Friendly, reliable people who work well with others Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Willingness to work weekends and various shifts Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Willingness to learn — no car wash experience required Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Pay & What's in It for You Starting pay: $15/hour Increase to $17/hour after successful completion of training Weekly pay Membership sales commission (earn more by helping customers save) Free car washes Paid Time Off (details provided during onboarding) Opportunities for growth and promotion from within Benefits for full-time team members may include: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Scheduling We are hiring for both full-time and part-time availability.
