Residential Cleaning Technician (Part-Time, Flexible Schedule)

Job Description:

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Cleaning Technician. This is a part-time position working alongside the owner, with opportunity to grow into more hours over time. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible, consistent work during the week.

Schedule:

Approximately 10-15 hours per week to start Typically 2 days per week Daytime hours (no nights) Opportunity for additional hours as the business grows Year-round position, but open to seasonal applicants as well

Responsibilities:

Perform detailed residential cleaning (kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, floors, etc.) Work efficiently while maintaining high standards Communicate clearly and professionally Help create a positive experience for clients

Qualifications:

Reliable and punctual Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and good work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Cleaning experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
