Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to lead and grow our new automotive detailing department . This isn't just a detailing job; it's an opportunity to step into a leadership role, manage operations, and eventually oversee your own team. If you have a passion for cars, a keen eye for detail, and the ambition to manage a profitable department, we want to talk to you. Key Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning, washing, waxing, and polishing of vehicle exteriors. Vacuum, shampoo, steam clean, and deodorize interior surfaces, including upholstery, carpets, and dashboards. Use specialized tools and equipment (buffers, vacuums, extractors, pressure washers) safely and effectively. Inspect vehicles for any damage, scratches, or imperfections and report them to management. Apply protective treatments and conditioning agents to surfaces to enhance and maintain their appearance. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and let management know when products need reordering. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Safely move and park vehicles on the premises. Experience

• Prior experience in car wash or custodial work is preferred
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean vehicles meticulously
• Customer service skills to interact with clients effectively
• Experience in buffing, detailing, and cleaning techniques is a plus
