Job Summary No Experience Needed! Will Train! Join our dynamic team as an Auto Detailer and bring vehicles to their sparkling best! In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for thoroughly cleaning, polishing, and maintaining the appearance of cars to ensure customer satisfaction and vehicle longevity. Your attention to detail and passion for vehicle care will help us deliver top-quality service that keeps our customers coming back. Whether you're washing, buffing, or applying protective treatments, your efforts will make a visible difference every day. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive car washes using various techniques, including hand washing and automated systems Detail vehicles inside and out, including vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and cleaning windows to pristine condition Execute buffing and polishing procedures to restore vehicle paint and achieve a smooth, glossy finish Apply protective coatings such as wax or sealants to enhance vehicle appearance and durability Conduct additional services like window tinting or minor cosmetic repairs when required Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and supplies are properly stored and sanitized Provide excellent customer service by addressing vehicle concerns and explaining services performed Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Experience with car wash techniques and detailing processes Knowledge of buffing, polishing, and cleaning methods for various vehicle surfaces Familiarity with janitorial or custodial tasks related to vehicle care environments Ability to operate driving equipment such as carts or small utility vehicles safely when needed Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship in all tasks performed Basic understanding of window tinting techniques (nice-to-have) Join us in creating standout vehicles that shine inside and out!
