MAG Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a dependable, hardworking Automotive Detail Specialist to join our team. Our Detail Specialists help create the first impression customers have when they see their new vehicle—and we're looking for someone who takes pride in getting it right. What You'll Do As an Automotive Detail Specialist, you will: Wash, dry, and thoroughly clean new and pre-owned vehicles Vacuum and clean vehicle interiors, including carpets, seats, windows, dashboards, and consoles Clean wheels, tires, exterior trim, and other vehicle surfaces Apply waxes, protectants, and other detailing products as needed Remove stickers, residue, dirt, stains, and other imperfections Prepare vehicles for customer delivery and the sales lot Help maintain the appearance of dealership inventory Keep the detail area, equipment, and supplies clean and organized Safely move vehicles around dealership property Complete assigned vehicles efficiently while maintaining quality standards Work with the sales and service teams to ensure vehicles are ready when needed What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Dependable and shows up ready to work Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality Able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment Able to perform physical work, including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting Able to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Responsible when handling and moving customer and dealership vehicles Willing to learn and take direction Previous automotive detailing experience is a plus, but we are willing to consider motivated candidates who have a strong work ethic and are ready to learn with a great attitude A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required.
