Your Mission As our Lead Detailing Specialist, you'll be responsible for setting the standard. You'll lead by example, ensure every vehicle leaves looking its absolute best, and create an experience that keeps customers coming back. Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of professional detailers. Perform premium interior and exterior detailing services. Conduct final quality inspections before vehicle delivery. Communicate with customers professionally and confidently. Train new team members on our systems and standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
