REQUIRED 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE / CERTIFIED DETAILER
• We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and detailed to the highest standards, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every vehicle looks its best before it reaches our customers. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, both interior and exterior. Wash, wax, and buff vehicles to achieve a high-quality finish. Vacuum and shampoo carpets and upholstery, ensuring cleanliness and freshness. Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to ensure visibility and shine. Apply protective coatings as needed to enhance vehicle appearance. Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and equipment used in the process. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally. Assist with minor repairs or touch-ups as needed, including window tinting if qualified. Experience Previous experience in automotive detailing or car wash services is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment used in automotive detailing. Experience in buffing, cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is a plus. A valid driver's license is required for driving vehicles during the detailing process.
