Responsibilities Perform residential and storefront window cleaning, ensuring a streak-free finish that impresses clients. Utilize pressure washers to remove dirt, grime, and environmental buildup efficiently from flat surfaces. Safely operate ladders and other specialized equipment to access hard-to-reach windows and clean gutters. Conduct interior and exterior window cleaning using traditional squeegee methods and modern cleaning tools. Clean glass surfaces with precision and attention to detail. Follow strict safety protocols by properly using personal protective equipment (PPE) Handle various cleaning equipment including pressure washers, scrapers, brushes, and specialized cleaning solutions. Maintain a professional demeanor while delivering outstanding customer service to residential clients and commercial property managers. Adhere to all safety guidelines during outdoor work environments and ensure compliance with industry standards. Experience Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. No experience necessary. We will train you. Hands-on experience operating pressure washers for flat surface cleanings Skilled in ladder use, and working at heights safely. Knowledge of safety protocols related to outdoor work environments.
