Detail to the Max is a full service detail shop in St. Louis. Our business is currently growing and we are always adding A players to our team. The most important element of our business is our staff, so we take hiring and training very seriously. Are you a fast learner that is detail oriented? Sick of making minimum wage? We have cars coming in our door nonstop that need to be cleaned quickly, and our guys make commission on each car they do, meaning the earning potential is up to you. This job may not be for you, but for some you could earn upwards of $20+ hour depending on your skill level. Job Benefits Earn $550 to $1,000+ weekly Opportunities for management positions (we promote from within) Flexible Scheduling Profit share and bonuses available What we are looking for: Valid driver's license with clean driving record (only required for driving position) Ability to follow instructions Excellent work ethic Attention to small details Reliability and punctuality (tardiness is strictly enforced) Work well with others Roles and Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Transporting cars to and from clients (only required for driving position) Finalizing details upon delivery (only required for driving position) Washing, clay barring, engine cleaning, buffing/polishing, performing full interior/exterior details Processing customers Manage staff / teams What is expected of you if hired: Complete Level 1 Detail to the Max training within 10 days Complete Level 2 Detail to the Max training within 30 days Not for everyone Detailed to the Max is not for everyone. We value reliability, attention to detail and teamwork. If you plan on being 1 minute early or 5 minutes late (neither is acceptable to us) this job is probably not for you. Our business holds the highest standard in the Detailing industry and we do that with systems, checklist, and checks and balances.
