What You'll Do With our hands-on training program, you'll learn to restore vehicles to MARS quality standards by: Washing and drying vehicles Vacuuming and cleaning interiors Shampooing carpets and upholstery Steam cleaning interior surfaces Removing stains, odors, and pet hair Cleaning wheels, tires, wheel wells, and engine compartments Applying interior and exterior protectants Performing quality inspections before vehicles are returned to customers Following detailed step-by-step procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality workmanship Assisting with other shop projects as needed As you grow with the company, you may also have opportunities to learn specialized services such as: Paint correction Headlight restoration Paint touch-up Scratch repair Additional automotive appearance services

Notice the details others miss Works with urgency without sacrificing quality Care about producing exceptional work every day Continue learning and improving Take ownership of every vehicle they touch Enjoy being part of a team that helps one another succeed Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on position that requires: Standing for most of the workday Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, and reaching Repetitive use of hands and arms Lifting and moving detailing equipment and supplies Working in both indoor and outdoor conditions throughout the year Qualifications Valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Ability to pass a background check Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work independently after training High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required Previous automotive or detailing experience is a plus, but not required—we'll train the right person.
