This role is to assist our existing Car Wash Manager to oversee daily operations at our rental car wash/detail bay facility. In this role, you will help lead a team of rental car cleaning staff; by ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety. Your leadership will drive efficiency, maintain cleanliness protocols, and foster a positive environment that promotes teamwork and a great place to work. This position offers an exciting opportunity to assist in managing a team while upholding industry best practices in rental car operations. Seasonal Wage Differential Bonus June-September we offer $3/hr bonus in addition to your set wage. This bonus is attendance based during these 4 months of the summertime. Simply have less than 3 unexcused absences and/or less than 3 times tardy during this 4 month period, and you'll receive an additional $3.00 for every hour worked June-September. This is paid out at the end of Summer and is typically a few thousand additional dollars.
