Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen eye for detail. As a Detailer, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and maintained to the highest standards. This role requires both physical stamina and attention to detail, as you will be working with various cleaning tools and products to achieve outstanding results. Responsibilities Crash wash incoming vehicles prior to beginning of repair process. Complete inspection forms at vehicle check-in and at repair completion. Perform thorough standard wash of completed vehicles. Vacuum interiors, ensuring all areas are clean and free of debris. Wipe down all interior surfaces. Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to ensure clarity and shine. Porter vehicles to and from sublet vendors. Nightly securing of vehicles and facility. Nightly collection of hazardous waste inventory (oily rag containers). Lot organization. Forklift training and operation Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and equipment used in the detailing process. Assist with janitorial tasks as needed to keep the facility in top condition. Collection and organization of recyclables (steel, aluminum, plastics, cardboard, batteries). Make supply runs when necessary. Additional duties as required. Cross-training opportunities. Experience Previous experience in car wash or detailing is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with cleaning products is advantageous. Driving experience is required; a valid driver's license is necessary for this role. The ideal applicant for this position must possess an outgoing, positive attitude and work ethic. The candidate must exhibit strong communication skills and the ability and desire to work as a team, with strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure. The candidate must be self-motivated in accomplishing daily goals.

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
