Outside, on your schedule, no counter, no register. Gloss Labs is a mobile detailing company serving Cary and the Triangle, started by two college students and grown on word of mouth. We're hiring 1-2 part-time detailers because demand has outgrown the two of us. How the job works Customer jobs are texted to your phone through our dispatch system. You claim the jobs drive to the customer's home, and detail their vehicle using professional equipment and products we provide. Every job ends with before/after photos texted to the customer — that's where tips come from. Pay
  • $50-75 per completed vehicle, depending on the job
  • 100% of tips are yours
  • Paid the same day, right after every job
  • Most vehicles take 2-3.5 hours — an effective $17-20/hour, often more with tips
  • The more jobs you claim, the more you earn Requirements
  • Reliable personal vehicle + valid driver's license (you drive to customers)
  • Genuine flexibility and dependability: jobs arrive by text and must be claimed and completed. Morning, Afternoon, and Evening availability strongly preferred.
