Duties Perform thorough car washes using professional equipment and techniques to ensure spotless exteriors. Detail vehicles inside and out, including vacuuming, upholstery cleaning, polishing, and waxing to achieve a high-gloss finish. Conduct buffing and polishing to remove minor scratches and imperfections, enhancing vehicle appearance. Maintain cleanliness of the work area by performing janitorial and custodial tasks regularly. Assist with basic vehicle inspections and report any damages or issues to management. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing process. Requirements Prior experience in car wash, detailing, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift moderate weights, and perform physical tasks efficiently. Basic knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and techniques used in vehicle detailing. Experience with buffing machines or window tinting is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred for moving vehicles safely around the lot. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude geared toward customer satisfaction.
