Cowboy Coatings is a high-end automotive detailing company based in Mooresville, NC, specializing in paint correction, ceramic coatings, and premium vehicle care. We are looking for a skilled and reliable Automotive Detailer to join our team and help deliver exceptional results for our clients. This position is based in a temperature-controlled, luxury detailing shop, working on a variety of high-end and everyday vehicles.

Responsibilities:

Perform exterior and interior detailing services. Execute paint correction services using machine polishers. Apply ceramic coatings and other protective products. Wash, prep, and maintain vehicles to a high standard. Inspect vehicles before and after service for quality control. Recommend additional services (upsells) when appropriate. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop

Requirements:

Previous experience in automotive detailing required. Must have buffing/polishing experience. Familiarity with paint correction and detailing processes. Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work. Ability to follow instructions and company processes. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Willing to work a full 40-hour work week.

Compensation & Benefits:

$25-$30 per hour (based on experience). 100% of tips. 50% commission on all upsells. Consistent, full-time hours. Work in a clean, temperature-controlled luxury shop.
