This is a subcontracting opportunity for an established cleaning business — not an employee position. We are looking to partner with a reliable, local cleaning company that takes pride in delivering high-quality janitorial services and maintaining professional commercial environments. Responsibilities Perform detailed commercial cleaning services in one set locations five days a week (Monday-Friday). Complete dusting, vacuuming, mopping, restroom sanitation, trash removal, and surface disinfecting Follow assigned cleaning scopes, schedules, and quality standards Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, break rooms, hallways, restrooms, and high-touch areas Uphold all safety and sanitation protocols Represent TSJ Services with professionalism and strong customer service Requirements Minimum 5+ years of commercial cleaning experience Must operate as an established cleaning business Must have own equipment and cleaning supplies Must be licensed and insured Reliable transportation Ability to pass background screening Strong attention to detail Professional communication and appearance Ability to work independently and manage cleaning responsibilities without supervision years of commercial cleaning experience
