Our technicians provide high-quality cleaning services for residential homes, apartment turnovers, commercial properties, and other client locations throughout the Triad. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy staying active, and understand the importance of providing outstanding customer service. Whether working independently or as part of a team, our Cleaning Technicians play a vital role in maintaining the quality and reputation of Blue Titan Concierge. Duties Perform residential and commercial cleaning services according to company standards Clean apartment units between tenants, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect assigned areas Restock cleaning supplies and maintain equipment Report maintenance concerns or property damage when observed Travel to multiple job sites throughout the Triad as scheduled Communicate professionally with clients and team members Ensure every job is completed efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Follow company safety procedures and cleaning protocols Skills Reliable transportation with the ability to travel to various job sites throughout the Triad Valid driver's license preferred Ability to regularly lift 15-20 pounds Strong attention to detail Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Positive attitude and strong work ethic Previous residential, commercial, housekeeping, hotel, janitorial, or apartment turnover cleaning experience is preferred but not required Pay $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (Based on Experience) Benefits Paid training Flexible scheduling Opportunities for advancement Performance incentive opportunities Supportive team environment
