Job Description
Used car sales are booming and CarLink is growing. We are looking for reliable and hardworking Automotive Detailer / Lot Attendant to join our team. CarLink is a family-owned dealership that has been in business for over 10 years . We are built by people who love the car business but don't want the typical dealership environment. We are a fast-growing, high-volume dealership with a strong team and a great work atmosphere. We are currently opening a new service facility and looking to build out a new detail and lot team to support our growing demand. Detailing work is performed indoors, with vehicles stored outside and moved in and out throughout the day. If you take pride in your work and want to be part of a company that's expanding, this is a great opportunity. Responsibilities Clean and detail vehicles (interior & exterior) Wash, vacuum, and prep cars for sale and delivery Perform paint correction, buffing, and clay bar treatments (experience preferred) Take photos of vehicles after detailing for inventory and listings Move vehicles between outdoor lot and detailing area Maintain lot organization and cleanliness Ensure vehicles meet presentation standards Assist with general lot and shop upkeep Requirements Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual Team-oriented mindset Experience with paint correction, buffing, and detailing techniques is a strong plus Basic comfort with taking clear vehicle photos (phone or camera) What We Offer Full-time, steady schedule Sundays always off One weekday off for balance Competitive hourly pay based on experience Growing company with opportunity to advance Positive, no-drama work environment
