The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Automotive Detailer, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. Your attention to detail will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall customer experience. Duties Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, both interior and exterior. Wash, wax, and buff vehicles to restore shine and protect surfaces. Vacuum carpets, seats, and floor mats; clean windows and mirrors for clarity. Apply protective coatings as needed. Maintain cleanliness in the detailing area and ensure all tools and equipment are organized. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered. Assist with minor repairs or maintenance tasks as required. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals. Requirements Previous experience in automotive detailing or car wash services is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Familiarity with detailing techniques such as buffing, cleaning, and applying protective coatings. Experience in janitorial or custodial roles is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn new skills related to automotive care and maintenance.
