This role plays a critical part in maintaining dealership standards by providing high-quality interior and exterior cleaning services for both new and used inventory. Key Responsibilities - Vehicle Cleaning & Detailing Wash, dry, and clean exterior surfaces of vehicles Vacuum, shampoo, and clean interior components including carpets, seats, and panels Clean windows, mirrors, and all glass surfaces Apply wax, polish, and protective treatments as needed Remove dirt, stains, and minor imperfections from vehicles Inventory Preparation Ensure all vehicles are lot-ready and meet dealership presentation standards Complete full detail on incoming inventory as it arrives from transport Perform wash and vacuum on sold vehicles prior to delivery Maintain cleanliness of showroom vehicles at all times Lot & Facility Maintenance Keep detail bays, wash areas, and equipment clean and organized Maintain dealership exterior and work areas in a clean and professional condition Properly use and store cleaning chemicals and equipment Quality Control Inspect vehicles after detailing to ensure high-quality results Identify any damage or issues and report to management Ensure consistency with dealership standards for all vehicles Qualifications Previous detailing experience preferred but not required Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and pressure washers Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles (preferred) Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good time management and organization Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Work Environment Indoor and outdoor work depending on dealership setup Exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment Fast-paced dealership environment Compensation Hourly pay based on experience and dealership pay plan

Pay:

$13.00 - $14.00 per hour
