Resolve customer feedback and issues that arises promptly with professionalism 8.Constant reporting and feedback to management on issues improvement promptly 9.Ensurethe daily smooth operations of the car wash flow 10.Good deployment and assignment of duties to team member 11.Manage the welfare, discipline and attendant of team member 12. Is a12hours job and sometime need to go night shift
