Full Job Description Customer Service & Vehicle Rental Associate Job Type:

Approximately 15-20 hours per week

Required Weekend Hours:

Saturday 8:00 AM-2:00 PM & Sunday 9:00 AM-2:00 PM We are looking for a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our vehicle rental operation. This is a hands-on position combining customer service, counter sales, and vehicle cleaning and preparation. This is not a desk-only position. You will assist customers at the counter while also helping inspect, clean, and prepare vehicles as they are returned. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service Assist customers with vehicle rentals and returns Complete rental paperwork and process transactions accurately Explain rental options and additional products or services Answer customer questions in person and over the phone Inspect vehicles when they are returned Clean and prepare vehicles between rentals Vacuum interiors, clean windows and surfaces, and remove trash Check fuel levels and make sure vehicles are ready for the next customer Move, park, and organize vehicles on the property Report vehicle damage or maintenance concerns Maintain a clean and organized counter, office, lot, and work area Assist with other day-to-day operational duties as needed Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable and punctual Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors Willing to clean and prepare vehicles as part of regular job duties Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Basic computer skills Ability to safely operate different types of vehicles Previous customer service, sales, automotive, rental, or detailing experience is helpful but not required Schedule This is a part-time position averaging approximately 15-20 hours per week.

Weekend availability is mandatory:

8:00 AM-2:00

PMSunday:

9:00 AM-2:00 PM Additional weekday hours will be scheduled based on business needs and employee availability.
