Position Overview:

We are a growing, premium mobile detailing business looking for a reliable assistant to join our team for our peak demand days: Thursday through Sunday .You will start out working directly alongside the owner in our fully equipped company van, learning our specific processes, high standards, and customer service style. Once fully trained and proven, you will take the reins and operate the mobile van solely, unlocking a higher commission-based earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform premium interior and exterior detailing services (washing, waxing, vacuuming, shampooing, extraction, etc.) to a flawless standard. Safely drive the company vehicle to and from scheduled client locations across Long Island. Safely handle and apply professional detailing chemicals and equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked mobile detailing van. Provide polite, professional customer service to our clients.

Requirements:

Must have a valid New York Driver's License with a clean driving record (Strictly required for our commercial auto insurance policy). Must pass a pre-employment drug test (Required for safe operation of company vehicles and commercial detailing chemicals). Reliable daily transportation to our starting location in Hicksville. Availability to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and an eye for the small things. Physical ability to work on your feet, outdoors, and handle hands-on labor. Prior detailing, car wash, or automotive shop experience is a big plus, but we are willing to train someone with the right attitude.

Pay:
