Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collision Repair Detailer/Finisher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for meticulously cleaning, finishing, and restoring vehicles after collision repairs to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and appearance. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional customer satisfaction by providing vehicles that look their best and are ready for delivery. Duties Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles, including interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring a spotless finish. Perform buffing, polishing, and paint correction to restore freshly painted vehicle finishes to a like-new condition. Conduct car washes using appropriate techniques and equipment to maintain vehicle cleanliness. Assist with general cleaning and janitorial tasks within the shop area to maintain a safe and organized workspace. Support collision repair processes by preparing vehicles for final inspection and delivery. Ensure all detailing tools and supplies are properly maintained, stocked, and used safely. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Experience in vehicle detailing, buffing, cleaning. Knowledge of proper vehicle cleaning techniques, including interior vacuuming, upholstery cleaning, and exterior washing. Ability to operate buffing machines, polishers, and other detailing equipment safely and efficiently. Valid driving license with a clean driving record for moving vehicles as needed.
