Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Detail-er/Clean Up Person and be a vital part of delivering pristine, high-quality vehicles to our valued customers! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and detailing vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of excellence. Your keen eye for detail, passion for cleanliness, and customer service skills will help create a positive experience for every client. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in vehicle care while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive car washes, including exterior and interior cleaning using appropriate tools and products Conduct detailed interior vacuuming, upholstery cleaning, and surface polishing to enhance vehicle appearance Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal Assist with basic vehicle inspections and report any damages or issues observed during detailing Support customer service efforts by addressing client questions about cleaning processes and vehicle care Operate driving equipment safely when moving vehicles within the lot or service area Qualifications Prior experience in car wash, detailing, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship Excellent customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and kneeling comfortably Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred for moving vehicles safely within the premises Driving for vehicle transport and parts.
