Responsibilities Greet customers and assist them with their car wash needs, ensuring a positive experience. Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently, including automated systems and manual tools. Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including exterior washing, interior vacuuming, and detailing. Buff vehicles to achieve a high-gloss finish and remove any imperfections. Maintain cleanliness of the car wash area, ensuring all tools and equipment are organized and in good working condition. Provide additional services such as window tinting when required, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Skills Previous experience in a car wash or similar custodial role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Attention to detail is crucial for achieving high-quality cleaning results. Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely and confidently.
