Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Detailer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning, polishing, and preparing vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and presentation. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help deliver a top-notch experience for our customers, making their vehicle look its best inside and out. Duties Perform comprehensive car washes, including exterior cleaning, waxing, buffing, and window tinting as needed Detail vehicle interiors by vacuuming, shampooing carpets, cleaning upholstery, and wiping down surfaces Conduct thorough inspections to identify areas requiring special attention or additional detailing Maintain cleanliness of the dealership's service bays and work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment Assist with minor custodial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, and sanitizing touchpoints Support the team with basic janitorial duties to uphold dealership appearance standards Provide excellent customer service by addressing vehicle concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction during the detailing process Experience Prior experience in car detailing, automotive cleaning, or custodial work is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn Familiarity with car wash techniques, buffing tools, and window tinting processes is a plus Customer service skills are essential for interacting professionally with customers and team members Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred for moving vehicles as needed Join us to be part of a vibrant team that values quality workmanship and outstanding customer experiences.
