We're looking for an experienced cleaning professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional results while helping maintain our high standards. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys cleaning, has an eye for detail, and is ready to take on a leadership role by helping train new team members and ensuring every home meets our quality expectations. What You'll DoProfessional Cleaning Perform residential cleaning services, with occasional commercial and move-out cleanings. Work alongside your team on daily cleaning assignments. Spend the majority of your day actively cleaning homes. Quality Control Complete final inspections to ensure every home meets our quality standards. Touch up or re-clean areas when necessary. Provide positive, constructive feedback to team members. Team Support Help train and mentor new employees. Lead by example through professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail. Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment. Qualifications Professional residential cleaning experience is required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between multiple job sites throughout the day. Valid driver's license required. Management experience is not required. We'll provide the training and support you need to succeed in this role. Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00
