Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mobile Detailer to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality vehicle cleaning and detailing services at various locations, ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars, excellent customer service skills, responsible, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform thorough car washes, including exterior and interior cleaning using appropriate tools and products Conduct detailing tasks such as buffing, polishing, vacuuming, and window cleaning to achieve a pristine finish Maintain the cleanliness of work equipment and supplies, adhering to safety and environmental guidelines Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and explaining services performed Drive to various locations safely and efficiently to deliver mobile detailing services Assist with janitorial or custodial tasks as needed to maintain a clean work environment Experience Prior experience in car wash, detailing, or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Customer service experience is highly valued, with a focus on professionalism and communication skills Knowledge of car cleaning techniques and buffing is a plus Previous janitorial or custodial experience can be beneficial for understanding cleaning standards and safety procedures This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about automotive care who enjoy working independently while delivering top-tier service.
