Full-Time Reports to: Detail Shop Manager Company Overview Pinnacle Luxury Car Care is Lehigh Valley's premier luxury vehicle detailing and preservation company. Since March 2019, we have built a reputation for delivering the highest quality detailing in the region. We are the exclusive detailing provider for a major Lexus dealership, handling all new, used, loaner, and showroom vehicles. We also offer elite-level services for private clients, airplanes, and boats. Our focus is uncompromising quality, attention to detail, and exceeding client expectations every single time. Position Summary We are looking for a skilled and passionate Automotive Detailer who takes pride in producing flawless results on high-end vehicles. This is not a basic wash-and-vac job — we specialize in high-level paint correction, ceramic coatings, interior restoration, and full vehicle preservation. The ideal candidate is meticulous, reliable, and committed to maintaining the highest standards in the industry. Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive interior and exterior detailing on luxury vehicles (primarily Lexus and other premium brands)
- Execute multi-stage paint correction (compounding, polishing, and finishing) to achieve showroom-quality results
- Apply ceramic coatings, and other premium protective treatments
- Conduct headlight restoration, trim restoration, wheel detailing, and engine bay cleaning
- Perform deep interior cleaning, leather conditioning, stain removal, and odor elimination
- Detail airplanes and boats (training provided for those interested)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment at all times
- Follow strict quality control checklists and standard operating procedures
- Work closely with the team to meet tight deadlines while upholding Pinnacle's quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with dealership staff and private clients Requirements & Qualifications
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- We offer extensive training on both experienced and unexperienced detailers.
- Strong knowledge of paint correction techniques, polishing equipment, and detailing products
- Experience with ceramic coatings is a big plus
- Ability to work with high-end and exotic vehicles with extreme care
- Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination and patience
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-player mentality
- Willingness to learn new techniques and grow within the company
- Bonus Skills (Not Required):
