Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Car Wash Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and detailed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a keen eye for detail, making sure every vehicle leaves our facility spotless and shining. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their car wash selections. Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently. Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including exterior washing, interior vacuuming, and detailing. Buff and polish vehicles to enhance their appearance. Apply window tinting as needed, ensuring quality and precision. Maintain cleanliness of the car wash area, including custodial duties to ensure a safe and tidy environment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Assist in training new staff members on proper cleaning techniques and equipment usage. Requirements Previous experience in a car wash or detailing environment is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely. Knowledge of window tinting techniques is a plus. Familiarity with custodial tasks and maintaining cleanliness in work areas. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
