Compensation & Benefits Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per Flag hour Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays Employee discounts Paid training Opportunities for career growth within CarShop and Penske Automotive Group Supportive team-oriented work environment What You'll Do As an Experienced Automotive Detailer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring every vehicle meets CarShop's high standards for appearance and presentation before delivery to our customers.
Responsibilities include:
Perform interior and exterior detailing on vehicles to CarShop quality standards Prepare vehicles for customer delivery according to established processes and procedures Inspect vehicles to ensure cosmetic quality and cleanliness meet company expectations Maintain detailing equipment and tools in proper working condition Report equipment maintenance or repair needs to the Detail Manager Work efficiently while maintaining a strong attention to detail Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Support team goals and contribute to a positive work environment What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years of automotive detailing experience , preferably in a fast-paced dealership environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently to meet production goals Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Team-oriented with strong communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and customer satisfaction Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background and drug testing Ready to Join Our Team?
