Role:

Mike Kelly Kia is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our Reconditioning Department at our Hermitage location. As a Detailer, you will play a key role in ensuring our inventory meets the high standards of presentation our customers expect. You will be responsible for the thorough interior and exterior cleaning, reconditioning, and preparation of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive interior and exterior detailing on new and pre-owned vehicles. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Ensure all vehicles are prepared to dealership quality standards in a timely manner. Assist the Reconditioning Department with various tasks as needed to maintain inventory flow.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliable attendance and a positive attitude. Valid driver's license.
