Overview Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Detailer at Morgan Automotive and become the driving force behind vehicle presentation and customer satisfaction! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for transforming vehicles into pristine works of art, ensuring every car leaves our facility looking impeccable. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help elevate our reputation for excellence in automotive care. Duties Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and interior sanitation to achieve showroom-quality results Use automotive buffers, polishers, and other tools to enhance vehicle appearance through final buffing/polishing and paint correction techniques Paint Touch up on minor imperfections Apply protective coatings such as waxes or sealants to maintain vehicle shine and longevity Conduct window tinting, decal and wrap removal services with precision, ensuring a smooth finish Maintain vehicle cleanliness throughout the process, adhering to safety protocols and safe work practices at all times Assist with heavy lifting tasks up to 25lbs when handling large or bulky items such as tires or equipment Ensure the detailing facility remains clean, organized, and compliant with janitorial and custodial standards for a safe work environment Skills Strong understanding of safe work practices and proper tool handling to prevent accidents and ensure quality results Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about their vehicle needs and preferences Excellent team work paired with motivating communication with co-workers Prior experience in auto detailing facilities or similar environments is highly desirable Knowledge of car wash procedures, detailing techniques, buffing, cleaning, and vehicle maintenance processes Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently when moving equipment or parts Familiarity with automotive buffers, polishers, window tinting tools, and other detailing equipment Experience in custodial or janitorial roles that emphasize cleanliness standards and attention to detail Valid driving license with a clean driving record for moving vehicles or equipment as needed Benefits Company benefits offered after 1 full year of employment Compensation Pay is based off previous experience Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a tangible difference!
