Job Description We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Car Prep Associate to join our growing Car/Turo rental fleet team. This position plays a key role in ensuring our vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready for guests. If you enjoy working with cars, take pride in attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Wash and clean vehicles (interior and exterior) to rental-ready standards Prep vehicles before and after each rental Inspect cars for damages, scratches, dents, and cleanliness issues Document vehicle condition with photos Drive vehicles to maintenance shops, inspections, or car washes Coordinate fueling and basic vehicle upkeep Ensure vehicles are parked, staged, and organized properly Report mechanical or cosmetic issues to management Requirements Valid driver's license with clean driving record Comfortable driving various vehicles (including luxury or SUVs preferred) Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and stay organized Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to lift 25+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions Preferred Qualifications Experience in car detailing or automotive field (not required but a plus) Familiarity with Turo platform (not required but a plus) Flexible schedule availability Why Join Us?
