• JOB PURPOSE

• The Detail Specialist plays a dual role in maintaining vehicle cleanliness and assisting with parts inventory and logistics. This hybrid position ensures both a pristine vehicle presentation for customers and seamless parts coordination to support efficient shop operations.
• Responsibilities
• Detailing Responsibilities (approx. 50%)
• + Perform interior and exterior vehicle cleaning to prepare for customer delivery.

+ Conduct pre-wash on vehicles before repairs or detailing. + Buff vehicles (preferred but not required). + Move vehicles within the facility to support workflow efficiency. + Maintain shop cleanliness and organization, including removing debris and trash. + Monitor and maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals.

• Parts Support Responsibilities (approx. 50%)
• + Receive and match delivered parts to repair orders. + Inspect all incoming parts for quality and damage. + Return incorrect or damaged parts promptly to vendors. + Communicate regularly with vendors to track parts delivery status. + Ensure accurate parts invoicing and corrections within the estimating platform.
• Qualifications
• + High school diploma or equivalent (GED). + Valid driver's license and clean driving record. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment. + Automotive experience or interest preferred, but not required. + Must pass a background check and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
