In this energetic position, you will be responsible for ensuring each vehicle looks pristine and is customer-ready by performing thorough cleaning, detailing, and finishing touches. Your attention to detail and passion for quality will help create a positive experience for our customers and uphold our reputation for excellence. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in vehicle care while contributing to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Here at Detaily you create your schedule and get paid on average $45 an hour + tips. We have an incredibly high standard for detailing here at Detaily and if you are not able to be coachable this job is not for you. Duties Perform comprehensive car washes, including exterior rinsing, soap application, and drying to achieve a spotless finish Detail vehicles by cleaning interiors, including vacuuming carpets, wiping surfaces, and cleaning windows to ensure a fresh appearance Conduct janitorial tasks such as trash removal, surface cleaning, and maintaining the cleanliness of work areas Provide excellent customer service by addressing vehicle concerns and explaining detailing procedures clearly Qualifications Previous experience in car washing, detailing, or janitorial/custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, and pressure washers safely and effectively Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform manual tasks throughout the shift Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is advantageous for moving vehicles as needed Customer service skills with a friendly attitude to ensure positive interactions with clients Knowledge of window tinting techniques is a plus but not mandatory Join us in delivering top-tier vehicle care that leaves every customer impressed!
