Car Wash Attendant

Car Wash Attendant Duties:

• Perform car wash processes to ensure customer satisfaction (sales, assisting clients, smiling faces)
• Load vehicles into the car wash tunnel and follow established procedures
• Use appropriate tools and equipment maintain site
• Maintain vacuum area, keep them in good working condition
• Maintain supplies for customer use (towels, glass cleaner, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness of the car wash facility and equipment
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns

Experience:

• Previous experience in a car wash or custmer service role is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of car wash techniques, products, and equipment is a plus
• Ability to operate cleaning tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality product offering
• Excellent customer service skills to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
